Return Policy:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at customer@goodgroomco.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to place the order
  • For purchases made in part of any of the following: credit card or gift card; the refund will be applied to the gift card first
  • Any product returned that is used, or damaged will be rejected and will not be sent back to the customer.
  • Any incorrectly returned items that is not Good Groom Company item will be the responsibility of the sender, not Good Groom Company. We will do our very best to help out, but unfortunately we can't make any promises!

How Can I Make A Return?

  1. Email us at customer@goodgroomco.com
  2. Please provide us with your Order number, and email used to place the order.
  3. Tell us which item(s) you are returning and why.
  4. Once approved, we will send you a shipping label within 1-2 business days.
  5. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email of your return.
  6. This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item then customer will be carry their return shipping cost.

      **Please Note: the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund

Exchange Requirements:

  1. All items must be in their original condition (never used)
  2. You can only exchange items of equal or less value
  3. Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days from the date you received your order

You must provide:

  1. Your email used to place the order.
  2. Your order number.
  3. Tell us which item(s) you are exchanging and why. Please provide us with the exact item names.
  4. A picture of the item(s) you are exchanging.
  5. Your current shipping address.

Once approved, you will be supplied with a return label.


As soon as we receive your return, it will be inspected and if determined it can be resold; we will issue you a store
credit for the cost of the product purchased to place a new order for the correct color or size.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee on the new order.** 

Damaged/Defective Items:


If your order arrived damaged, email us at customer@goodgroomco.com within 7 days of the order delivery date.

You must provide:

  1.  A clear picture of the damaged item(s).
  2. A quick explanation of the damage.
  3. A clear picture send By mail (Download/print)

We will happily replace damaged orders free of charge.


**PLEASE NOTE: if the item has been worn, washed, or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced.**

Additional Information:

  • We do not offer any returns or exchanges on International orders at this time
  • Good Groom will not be held responsible for lost returns
